Oh, he didn't even.  She got it from tainted blood back in 1983, in a hospital, but you know, Mitt Romney might have driven by Montefiore Hospital and looked at her room window, which surprises me that neither Harry Reid nor Obama's super-PAC has started that rumor or made a commercial about it.

Okay, they probably couldn't do the latter because no one in my family would cooperate.  Unlike Joe Soptic.

Joe is under contract not to smile until after the election.

Hey, Joe - you a union man?  Of course you are, you're a former steelworker.  Well, you're an elderly man and I am willing to bet that you would bemoan and decry any loyal, hard-working man or woman having the pension that they worked for years to accumulate suddenly taken away from them by some lowlife politician, right?

Emails obtained by The Daily Caller show that the U.S. Treasury Department, led by Timothy Geithner, was the driving force behind terminating the pensions of 20,000 salaried retirees at the Delphi auto parts manufacturing company.

The move, made in 2009 while the Obama administration implemented its auto bailout plan, appears to have been made solely because those retirees were not members of labor unions.

BTW, between his job as a school custodian and his pension - which at least he has - he is making as much as he did when he lost his job in 2001.  Oh, and he rekindled a romance with his high school sweetheart and has remarried.  So it's all good.

Except for the non-union auto workers.
