Although this is directed at girls, it applies to everyone: we are here on this Earth to help each other towards holiness. And if you do not like what your friend is saying, you can write them off, but if they are trying to help you see the Truth - or acknowledge it, because you know what it is - eventually, you will not be able to ignore that message any longer.
Now, my advice, when you are willing to face the Truth? Contact that friend and have the guts to say, "You were right. Forgive me . . ."
Betcha they do.
