I don't know. I was in university for 6 years doing a dual specialization Biology & Philosophy. I worked my way through school doing work as a fish & wildlife technician, and am competent in a lab.
Finding steady work has been challenging, and I have worked hard to find work. I have applied for everything from technical jobs in my field to working in retail. I was fortunate to be a receptionist for awhile, moved on to an admin internship at a hospital and then, after that, briefly worked for a nursery tree.
While I don't expect sympathy, I would give *anything* for the opportunity to have a life again - and it is the attitude that I could have a job if I wanted one that has made my life sheer misery for years.
