Neoprene is the Sportsman's Latex

Santa Monica police Thursday night were looking for a man clad in a full wetsuit who sexually assaulted a woman in a normally quiet neighborhood.

The man appeared to be wearing a one-piece black wetsuit that covered him from his neck to ankles.

I'm just having a hard time figuring out how the hell he was able to do this.
