Okay, I went to the Museum of Appalachia in Norris, TN for their annual Independence Day celebration, hosted by the Sons of the Revolution's local chapter.
I was not disappointed. The report brings me back to my days as a young troop at Ft. Sill, OK, home of the United States Army Artillery. Perhaps in a past life I was a cannon cocker.
I would like to see this tradition become widepspread.
