Blue Eyed Pup

I saw this pup at Corgi Fun Day. It is a Cardigan Welsh Corgi, the ones that have a tail (I have a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, no tail). I would name this dog Frank, even if it was a girl. No, I did not Photoshop the dog's eye color, but slightly desaturated the other colors to bring out the intesnity of its eyes.
