Oh, I can't buy that the Prince didn't know about this. The two of them are in it together.
And so what? The commodity that the Royal Family has is themselves. What does the money buy you? Bragging rights and possible introductions to people with whom you may do business and make some scratch. It is not as if Andrew and Fergie have access to British intelligence or can influence setting interest rates at the Bank of London.
Tacky, maybe. But it takes a lot in this economy to keep royalty afloat. Camilla is just pissed she didn't think of this first . . . or maybe she has.
