I'm no theologian, but if self-inflicted pain extends to denial of normal physical urges, couldn't that practice -- and celibacy itself -- be one cause of so much twisted sexuality and abuse over the last several hundred years or so?
Another eedjut who does not understand that removing priestly celibacy will not "cure" pedophilia. Just as a non-priest person with pedophilia cannot be cured with marriage or simply getting laid.
I guess Lopez has no beef with NAMBLA, then, since they are just giving in to what they deem "normal physical urges."

This explains a lot. This school is in Pittsburg, CA which is in what was one of the most liberal diocese (Oakland) in California .
