Only Black people should be meeting with Black people, damn it!
Rep. John Conyers Jr. (D-Mich.) has called on Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton to demote the official coordinating Haiti relief efforts for not having enough minority staffers.
The House Judiciary Committee Chairman sent a letter to Clinton on Thursday after Rajiv Shah, administrator of the U.S. Agency for International Development, showed up at a meeting with the 42-member Congressional Black Caucus without any African American staffers in tow.
“I was alarmed and chagrined to learn that none of the approximately dozen staff he brought with him were African American,” Conyers wrote in the letter. “This is so serious an error in judgment that it warrants his immediate demotion to a subordinate position at AID.”
Well, you know what, Rep. Conyers? You're looking pretty light-skinned to me . . . I don;t think you're Black enough to represent a place like Detroit.
See, me, I figure purposely bringing "Black people" to a meeting for window dressing would be condescending and pandering, but if Rep. Conyers is right, I guess that's all it takes to keep you people happy.
No, I am not trying to insult African-Americans by my statements above. But when I say the Democratic Party wants to keep them on the plantation, here is an example of how they are doing that. I really think the people of Detroit have bigger issues than who shows up to brief the Congressional Black Caucus on the Haitian relief effort.

Just in case anyone doesn't know, Conyers is a socialist and his wife is a crook.
Bigger issues indeed! Like Rep. Conyers wife (former Detroit city councilwoman Monica Conyers) awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty to accepting a bribe.
Not to mention testimony during the ongoing trial of her former chief of staff that she took many more bribes (facilitated by the man on trial).
There are also allegations that at least some of that bribe money was used so Monica could persuade John to wield some influence in D.C.
She once called a fellow council member "Shrek" during a council meeting.
I could go on but let's just say that, at least in some areas, one could question Rep. Conyers judgment.
But I thought we were in the "post-racial" era! Did Conyers miss the memo?
And this is why I say blacks are modern slaves to the democrat party
