Obama has announced a budget of $3.8 trillion. This morning I have been trying to find a breakdown of how that will be spent, and so far all the news outlets seem to say only that $100 billion will be spent on "jobs." That leaves $3.7 trillion.
Okay, I found $20 billion for education, and $160 billion for the war in Afghanistan and Iraq. So that now leaves $3.52 trillion.
