They're not married but I think they put all their property in both their names. Score one for the Enquirer. The tabloids said this wretched couple were breaking up when all the major magazines were saying it was nonsense.

No, they refused to get legally married because gays couldn't marry. It was a convenient way for them to get out of committing while looking very politically correct.
