I am getting my entry ready for the Cannonball's next contest, "Bad Church Art." When I said I was going to enter the mural on the back wall of my church, noted churchman and art critic Fr. Erik Richtsteig, who ventured from Utah to behind the Orange Curtain to view this abomination, said, "You'll win."
It made people at the restaurant nervous that he spent the rest of the evening muttering, "Unsee! Unsee . . ."

Pretty scary stuff! You would win!
LOL @ Father Erik! He is too funny :-) Love the pic.
(I came over from The Crescat...been reading since the Cannonball awards, but haven't commented yet. Hi!)
I think it brings class to the neighborhood...
Walter, are you suggesting that the current denizens of the area lack any? Pocho, don't be a hater . . .
I think Fr. Erik is planning to send Patrick a paintball gun for his birthday in September. Boys will be boys, you know . . .
Seeker - hi!
I don't know Digi. I would have to view it in person to make a judgement. Looks .. um um um ...interesting.
Im guessing no one saw the mock-up before hand.
Love Fr. Erik's face...
I've seen some pretty appalling church art. You might not win, but I'm betting you'd get an honorable mention at least...
What am I supposed to be looking at, the wall or Fr Erik's shirt?
j/k!
LarryD,
BOW BEFORE THE AWESOMENESS OF THE STOOGE SHIRT!
FR. ERIK
You are a crack up!!!
Fr Erik - I'm jealous, actually. Not covetous, just jealous.
