Uncle Phil and Auntie Flo always treated my cousin Vinny with kid gloves. Word is the photographer at J. C. Penney retired shortly after this picture was taken. Flo, however, went on to be chosen "Mother of the Year" at her church, St. Drogo of the Herniated Brothers.I know, I know . . . the bow ties are over the top!
