Someone called the police and reported "the Mexicans were drunk and fighting" at the location. Among the "Mexicans" were the blonde, blue-eyed granddaughter of the mayor, of Irish ancestry. Reminds me of a contribution to "Puptent Poets" in Europen Stars and Stripes some 40 years ago: "There he dances wall-to-wall. Why did he bring a date at all?"
