Canuck turned off the radio this morning after my third kvetch-back...I think the camel's-back kvetch was when they reported on Bernanke's self-congratulatory "the recession will probably end in 2009" (to which I replied: "but I bet you'll have a salary and benefits even if it doesn't") and how the government's response had "probably averted a depression" (to which I replied: "well, of COURSE you're gonna say that! and if it didn't, you'll say it would've been that much worse if they hadn't!" Nothing like arguing causation with no evidence...)
The guys on Washington keep moving our retirement date to older and older, well, someone has to pay for the president's spending. And we won't be able to retire--because our kids can't pay for the trillions by themself.
