Thanks. Made me choke up now as then. How much of a contrast to "Russian leaders" who reported to Russian School children that the Soviet Cosmonauts said there was "no God in space."
I remembered going outside to look up at the moon after our Astronauts said this. Simple, elegant. And showed you can believe in science and God.

I remember it well. I would have been about 23 years old and living in Houston. Most of the astronauts lived in my neighborhood in SW Houston.
