Over at Knowledge is Power, the Headmistress has suggested a movement to thank Sarah Palin for the work she did during this last presidential campaign. Now that certain RNC want to throw her under the bus (screw them), she deserves better. As for me - Palin/Jindal in 2012.

I was thinking too that she needs letters from all of us. Shame on McCain--he's reminding us why we never liked him in the first place.

I do not know if that precludes a thank you or not.....
I went ahead and did it anyway...this is what I sent:
Gov. Palin:
Just wanted to drop you a note thanking you for the job you did in this election season. We appreciated that you stood for so many of the ideals and beliefs that our family tries to practice in our everyday lives and that you never once backed down.
We pray that you get some well deserved rest and that you and your family will be blessed with health and happiness now that the silliness has tapered off.
Keep fighting the good fight and thanks again for being our voice these past few months.
