Former Democratic presidential candidate John Edwards on Friday admitted to an extramarital affair while his wife was battling cancer. He denied fathering the woman's daughter.
Edwards told ABC News that he lied repeatedly about the affair with 42-year-old Rielle Hunter but said that he didn't love her. He said he has not taken a paternity test but knows he isn't the father because of the timing of the affair and the birth.
Can I take the paternity suit pro bono?

If I were the girl I'd use junk science to prove he's the father and go after a good chunk of his millions....And if I was Elizabeth I'd take the rest.
Peter,
Ain't no junk science - DNA testing is efficient, quick and accurate. Woman needs to file her paternity suit, that's what I say!
Don't stick the poor girl with the Breckboy as a father.
Amazing!!! Like DNA tests couldn't figure this out....meanwhile, he's been paying hush money!

"but said that he didn't love her"
What a beautiful way for a child to be conceived... with narcissism and egotism to boot.
Dig, Dig, Dig!
I was being sarcastic...guess that doesn't come across in print - maybe there is some texting tool to show that?!?!? I figured that would be a good way for her to give some justice back to all of the doctors that he slandered and put out of business....
Peter, Peter, Peter,
Now Mom is saying she doesn't want the test - and I guess Breck Girl is not going to press the issue, no doubt grateful to dodge the bullet.
And, of course, YOU GUYS ROCKED SANTA ANA LAST NIGHT! I will post later on that magic moment with Phelps' gold medal win.
