As I recommendation, I would take the kids, if you haven't already, to see "Cars." I didn't expect to like this movie and was surprised by how much I enjoyed it. It's worth a viewing, even if only to enjoy the vocalization of the old Hudson by Paul Newman.
Got one of my daughter's friends sleeping over tonight, which means I get to accompany two 9-year-old girls to "Garfield: A Tale of Two Kitties." Something tells me I won't really enjoy that, but who knows?
